If you find that the product isn't the right fit for you, we offer a 60-day return window for all online purchases. You can return the product for a full refund, excluding shipping costs, as long as it’s within the 60-day period.

How to Return an Item

To begin the return process, simply send back all items from your original order to our warehouse. Please note, return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we do not cover those fees. Even if you send your return on the 59th day, we will still honor your return, as long as it’s received within a few days.

Once we receive your return, we’ll begin processing your refund. You’ll receive an email notification once your refund has been processed, typically within a short time.

Important Return Information

When returning an item, please ensure it is in good condition. This means the product should be undamaged, and any accessories that came with the product must be included in the return.

Changed Payment Method?

If you’ve recently changed your payment method or if your credit card has expired, don’t worry. Your refund will still be processed and the funds will be deposited into your new account.
